   Having graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts of Belgrade in 1985, he settled in France in the 1990s and worked first as an editor (1998 A la Campagne, short, Sandrine Dumarais; 2001 Serbie, An­née Zéro, documentary, also cinematographer, Goran Markovic, France / Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) before directing documentaries.
